AB Associates provided Quantity Surveying services for a central London 4 star luxury hotel. The works comprised of the full refurbishment of 154 bedrooms, restaurant, bar, reception/lounge, function rooms, business suite and ‘back of house’ areas. The works were completed in a phased manner to enable the hotel to remain operational throughout the contract.
