WHO WE ARE
AB Associates are a consultancy business established in 1999, employing and engaging a variety of experienced construction consultant specialists for the delivery of high quality projects.
We primarily work in the retail, restaurant, office interior and ‘high end’ residential sectors, with a variety of well established and new/innovative private clients and businesses.
WHAT WE DO
Where a client has established a concept design and is seeking to acquire or refurbish/alter a property or internal space, we can develop out the technical solutions, obtain the necessary approvals and manage the works for the client.
We offer Project Management, Cost Management, CDM Coordinator, Party Wall and Executive Architecture services.
WHERE WE DO IT
We are a UK company, based in London, however we also have a number of partners who work with us in areas such as USA, South America, Russia, Eastern Europe, Central & Southern Europe, Middle East, SEAP & China and we have successfully managed projects in these parts of the world.
HOW WE DO IT
We take the project brief, bring in appropriate skills using experienced people and look to minimize the resource input of the client to produce an efficient process.
We have a number of in-house technical resources which help us control the procurement of construction projects, either individually or for multiple site scenarios.
